We will be performing essential maintenance to the OnDemand environment on Thursday 24th September 2026 from 04:00AM to 08:00AM BST. During this time, the Data Warehouse service will be unavailable for all users. Please note that the Production, Development and Test environments will be unaffected.
The purpose of this maintenance is to apply emergency security patches to the Data Warehouse server as part of our ongoing work to maintain the system.
Action Required : Once the update is complete, if users experience issues they may need to re-establish their connections.
